Qualified meetings with property managers, on your calendar. You only pay for the ones that show up.
We find the property and facility managers in your area, email them, and handle every reply. You take the meeting.
Bids and referrals only get you so far
Most commercial roofing and mechanical contractors win new work three ways: bid invites, referrals and repeat clients. None of them put you in front of a property manager who's never heard of you. So work arrives in lumps, and the managers who'll need a roof or a new unit next year end up talking to whoever reached them first.
The guarantee: you never pay for a meeting that doesn't happen.
We get property managers and facility managers in your area in front of you or your estimator. You cover what it costs to run the emails, and we only get paid when the right person actually shows up.
Exact numbers on the call. No setup fee. No contract. Cancel any month.
A meeting counts when
- It's with someone who makes or influences the buying decision, at a company on the list you approved.
- They're in your service area.
- They actually show up, to a phone call, a video call or an on-site visit.
You don't pay when
- They don't show, or cancel and never rebook.
- They weren't on your list, or they're outside your area.
Each week you get the list of meetings and 24 hours to flag any that didn't meet these terms. Flagged meetings aren't billed.
Someone who fits and shows up but doesn't hire you that week still counts. Getting them in front of you is our job. Closing them is yours.
How it works
We build the list
The decision-makers in your service area. You go through it and approve it before anything is sent.
We write the emails
Short, plain emails that say who you are and what you do. You see them before they go out.
We send them
From separate domains set up only for this, so your company email is never touched.
We handle the replies
Questions get answered and interested people get booked onto your calendar. You get the name, company and time.
Questions
How long until the first meetings?
About two to three weeks until the first emails go out. New sending domains need to warm up first, and you approve the list and the emails during that time. Meetings start as people reply. Bigger jobs can take weeks to close after the first meeting, so judge the first month on meetings, not signed work.
Who else have you done this for?
Nobody in your industry yet. You'd be one of our first clients. Before you pay anything, we'll show you how many decision-makers we can reach in your area and the exact emails they'd get, so you can judge it on something real.
What if the meetings are junk?
You approve the list before launch, so we can only book people you already said you want. You get 24 hours to flag any meeting that didn't fit, and flagged meetings aren't billed. If it still isn't working, cancel. It's month to month.
Is this a fit for my company?
It fits if you sell to businesses, a typical job is $5,000 or more, you win work by talking to people (a call, a site visit, a proposal), and your area has enough buyers to fill a list. If most of your work is residential, it isn't.
